As a supplement:
Daily Use: Children 6-12 years of age: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily with 8 oz of water. Adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily with 8 oz of water.
Intensive Use: Children 6-12 years of age: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) every 12 hours. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily every 12 hours.
