Product introduction
Nanbu ironware retains heat and always distributes the fluffy heat evenly, helping to make delicious dishes such as simmered dishes that stay soft and fluffy, and grilled dishes that are browned evenly and neatly. I'll give it to you. The heavy iron lid locks in moisture and flavor. This material can be used not only for boiling, baking, steaming, and cooking in the oven, but also for serving hot on the table. Although Nanbu ironware is heavy, the iron pot has handles that protrude from the left and right to ensure firm support, making it both easy to use and a distinctive design feature.

About the manufacturer
Sori Yanagi is a master Japanese industrial designer. His works range from the Olympic cauldron to furniture, tableware, and cutlery. In 1952, Yanagi Kogyo Design Study Group was established. Since then, we have consistently pursued "ease of use." His thoughts were influenced in no small part by his father, Soetsu Yanagi, who was a central figure in the Japanese folk art movement. The handle of a pot, the curve of a kitchen tool. Each of these is created while actually verifying its usability using three-dimensional models. Extravagance has been stripped down to the point of stoicism, leaving only something refined in form, ease of use, and beauty.
Modern design from Japan and around the world. Herein lies the beauty of using it.
