Product usage: Use 5 scoops (contains 2 1/2 cups) of Super Mass Gainer in a 24-32 fl. Enjoy with oz water or your favorite beverage. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Add ice, fruit, and other ingredients as desired and mix again for 30 to 45 seconds. Note: Using milk will result in a thicker, creamier, higher calorie shake. Only shaker cups may be used when consuming 1/2 serving or less.
