The APX Traveler “APXT2” is equipped with YAMAHA's unique pickup system “A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer)”.
The contact pickup attached to the backside of the front plate near the bridge allows the sound of not only the string vibration but also the entire body to be output to the amplifier, resulting in a natural and rich acoustic guitar sound.
The preamplifier is state-of-the-art in design and can be operated by AA batteries, which are easily accessible even when traveling, and a convenient built-in chromatic tuner is also included.
