Detailed description
It is an oriental specialty made from durum wheat. It is larger than traditional couscous and has a round pearl shape, which gives it its name. It's delicious as a side dish, salad, dessert, or casserole.
How to use
1) 100g makes 2 servings as a side dish.
2) Boil 250ml of water.
3) Add 100g of couscous, cover and simmer gently for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
