The product is poor with a notable fork effect, which forced me to finish shaving before I could shave. I try to write through Customer Service but I can't find where to proceed with the return. Upon receiving the product, I also threw away the plastic sheet that wrapped the razors, as it flaked when opening them, but I could package it better for the return. Obviously, 2 blades used for testing are missing, one worse than the other

Still to be tested. Unfortunately part of the razor broke off. The packaging was torn upon arrival. I'll report it to support.
