[Please insert the infrared radiation receiver into the steering wheel control (SWC) 3.5mm jack socket on the back of your car stereo before powering on the car stereo. Failure to do so will damage the infrared radiation receiver!] This product is designed for some ATOTO car stereos. Please purchase it before installing your car stereo to avoid having to remove your car stereo to connect the infrared radiation receiver.
5 buttons and 1 rotary knob/11 functions to operate ATOTO car stereo, including voice command, volume up/volume down, skip forward/answer, skip backward/hang up, pause and play/launch front cam application, mute/launch rear cam application.
Even if your vehicle doesn't have original steering wheel key control, you can easily control your ATOTO car stereo while still staying focused on the road, making driving safer.
Easy to install. Plug in the receiver and you're all set. Wrap it around your steering wheel with a watch band or stick it in a convenient location. All buttons are made of luminous material, which is very helpful for night driving!
Currently, the AC-44F5 is only compatible with the ATOTO F7 and S8 series (excluding S8 Lite, PN, UN, and Mass Popularization). If your car stereo is an ATOTO A5, A6, S8 Lite, S8 UN, S8 Mass Popularization, or of other brands, please purchase the ATOTO AC-44F8 instead. Important: Not compatible with ATOTO A6, A5, S8 Lite/MS/UN/PN, P5, P8, or P9.
Troubleshooting
What should I do if the buttons on the AC-44F5 watch-style wireless remote control are adjusted and my ATOTO car audio, such as S8 Premium, is not synchronized?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Currently, the AC-44F5 is only compatible with ATOTO F7 and S8 series (excluding S8 Lite, PN, UN, and Mass Popularization). If your car audio is ATOTO A6, S8 Lite, PN, UN, S8 Mass Popularization, or another brand, please purchase ATOTO AC-44F8 instead. Important: It is not compatible with the P8 series.
2. Please check if you have connected the receiver to the port on the back of the radio. We have attached a picture for your reference.
3. Plug in the remote control receiver before the power cord, or try a hard reset by pressing the reset hole on the front panel with a pin for 30 seconds.
If your controller isn't working, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please make sure the AC-44F5 is compatible with your car's onboard device. Currently, the AC-44F5 is only compatible with ATOTO F7 and S8 (except S8 Lite, PN, UN, and S8 Mass Popularization) series.
2. Check if the IR transmitter is properly inserted into the rear IR port of the car unit.
3. Check that the battery is installed correctly or try a new CR2032 battery.
