Patchwork is a stylish two-player board game by Uwe Rosenberg.
Patchwork: 10th Anniversary Edition is a limited edition created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the release of the first edition.
The gameplay is the same as Patchwork, but with new patch tile artwork and the addition of Automa rules for solo play.
This is a two-player board game in which players compete to create the most amazing patchwork quilt on a 9x9 game board.
Each turn, players select and acquire one of the randomly arranged fabric tiles
from within one of the three spaces clockwise from their piece, and either move their piece there or pass.
When acquiring a fabric tile, players pay a button as its price.
Then, they move their piece on the time board the number of minutes depicted on the acquired fabric and place that fabric on their game board.
The player who is behind in time always plays their turn, and when they pass their opponent, it becomes their opponent's turn.
Passing allows players to gain a button, but in return, they must advance their time ahead of their opponent.
The player who successfully manages time, buttons, and the right fabrics to create the most beautiful patchwork quilt wins.
This product is not an expansion set. It can be played standalone.
