[The 6th-Generation Z Takes Performance to the Next Level]
The sixth-generation Nissan Fairlady Z, Japan's signature sports car, was announced in December 2008.
While retaining the traditional long-nose, short-deck styling, the car boasts a 100mm shorter wheelbase, wider body, and larger front and rear fender overhangs compared to the fifth-generation model, resulting in a more muscular look.
The engine is a 3.7-liter V6 DOHC engine producing 336 horsepower.
The 6-speed manual transmission features the world's first "synchronized rev control" for smooth downshifts, further enhancing the car's driving appeal.
