The "Grand Bass" stereo headphones use a φ10mm external magnetic dynamic driver, the "ELECOM Torus External Magnet Driver," to reproduce powerful bass sounds. The use of a large neodymium magnet with an external magnetic circuit delivers dynamic, crisp bass tones. By using a composite diaphragm made of WFC paper, which has high internal loss and elasticity, and PU, it reproduces powerful bass sounds. By adopting a lightweight CCAW voice coil, vibration response is improved, resulting in a wider range and clearer sound quality. By using highly rigid aluminum for the rear housing, unnecessary vibrations generated by the driver yoke are suppressed, faithfully reproducing the music signal from the diaphragm and achieving rich, crisp bass.
