Suggested Uses
Weight Loss¹: Take one serving 30–60 minutes before two meals.
Metabolic Energy²: Take one serving any time during the day.
Add one packet to approximately 12 oz of water, shake, and consume immediately. Take one serving 30-60 minutes before two meals. Do not take within 3-4 hours of bedtime. Do not take more than two servings (two packets) within a 24-hour period. For best results, take for 60 days in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Drink plenty of water. Read the entire package insert and follow the directions before use.
