Dinosaur Jr. toured the world with many of the bands that defined the '90s, making an impact all over the world. A big vintage fuzz pedal is essential to J.Mascis and Dinosaur Jr.'s sound. It is also covered in many magazines around the world. Wren and Cuff has been working with J.Mascis for many years. I have been maintaining tour equipment for many years. Wren and Cuff representative Matthew suggested creating a signature model based on J's favorite muff pedal. His favorite muff is an early 70's Ram's Head that J bought on tour in 1987. That's how Garbage Face was born, a pedal that produces the J sound with just one unit. When creating Garbage Face, J himself owns “number one Muff”, which he reviewed from the parts down and recreated. I built it. This specimen is different from just a 70's Ram's Head. The J pedal in particular was strange, with parts that had incorrect values, and some parts whose values had changed significantly over the years. Garbage Face was created with values that include those changes. Garbage Face Jr is a pedal that takes only the distortion side from Garbage Face and has a simple finish with three knobs.
