Method of size measurement: 1. With your knees slightly bent, measure the circumference of your thighs 14cm from the center of your knees toward your thighs. 2. Leave the position as it is, and next measure the circumference of the calf at a distance of 12 cm from the center of the knee towards the lower leg (calf). 3. Based on the measurements taken in steps 1 and 2, check the size chart in the image and choose the size that fits your knees. Be careful not to make it too tight or too loose. *If your thigh and calf measurements are between two sizes, please choose the larger size (C). Please see size chart and video for details.
