Dear Customer Service! Unfortunately, product number 2NN82563 (urine container) arrived damaged. The box is dented and there is a cut on it. I would like the damaged container to be replaced.. Unfortunately, the packaging was very poor. I didn't receive it in a box, but the product was placed in a light little bag.. Regards, Kristina Giba
