[Precise to Install] This valve lapping tool can correct surface irregularities and eliminate surface damage on your new valve to fit into the valve guide. It helps you accurately install the valve into your vehicle's engine and keep it in place.
[What You Receive] The package includes 1 grinder and 5 suction plates. Drill and engine valve abrasive not included. The minimum working speed is 1000rpm; maximum operating speed 1250rpm. The direction can be changed automatically to facilitate valve insertion.
[Easy to Operate] Clean any carbon deposits from valves and valve guides, apply a thin coat of engine valve abrasive compound (not included) around valves, install valve in valve guide, secure with correct size valve suction tool, press down on the valve head and use the drill to slowly rotate the small grinding tool until you get the correct finish.
[5 Suction Plate Sizes] The package includes 16mm (5/8inch), 20mm (3/4inch), 30mm (1-3/16inch), 35mm (1-3/8inch) and 45mm (1 -3/4inch) 5 attachable suction plates. These synthetic rubber suction plates are oil and UV resistant, which can install and secure various valve sizes in lawn mowers, chainsaws, cars or motorcycles.
