How to use the product: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 15-20 oz of water. To get started, eat one serving per hour of exercise to replenish energy and hydration. Shake the bottle during exercise as some ingredients may settle to the bottom of the bottle. Feed within 60 days of opening.
