Directions for use: Take ALLMAX® ALLMASS™ immediately after exercise. On days off from exercise, take it after waking up. After exercise, the body goes into a catabolic state. ALLMASS™ helps stop this muscle breakdown, putting your body into an anabolic state (increased muscle synthesis) where it would normally break down muscle. 1 to 2 cups (125 to 500 ml) of water or skim milk, depending on preference.
