The camera has 2 version-WIFI version 4G version
*If you want to use the camera to connect to the WIFI signal, please select the WIFI camera option.
*If you want to connect 4G (sim card) with the camera, please select the 4G camera option.
Q: Whats difference of 4G camera and WIFI camera?
A: 4G camera only support 4g sim card connection, can not support WIFI connection.
WIFI camera only support 2.4Gz WIFI connection.
Q: Do i need to buy extra battery for camera?
A:No need. 10400 mAh battery is included in the video surveillance camera.
Q:How many working modes does the camera have?
A:There are two modes for camera recording.motion detection mode and full-time video recording.
1.Motion detection mode: Device standby work, mobile alarm activation, remote access activatied. the solar panel can meet the daily use of the camera without additional charging and can be used repeatedly for 365 days.
2.Full-time video recording:The device is turned on at all times, please make sure the device is connected to the power supply.
Q: What should I do after I receive my camera?
A: Open the power on button, charge the battery camera about 8-10 hours.
