specification
1. Essential tools for swimming pools, saunas and hot springs
2. Ideal tool for simple measurement of water pH and C12 values
3. No chemical composition, no need to guess for measurement
4. Chlorine content level within the safe measurement range: 1.2-1.7ppm
5. PH level within the safe measurement range: 7.2-7.8
6. Battery: 1 "AA” 1.5V alkaline battery (not included)
7.Size: About 18×11.6×3.1cm /7.09×4.57×1.22in (L*W*H)
Note: Do not immerse the probe in liquids other than pools or water baths.
Storage method:
In order to extend the service life of the swimming pool tester PC-101 and ensure accurate measurement
Please note:
1. When not in use, please adjust the knob to the closed position (in the PH direction until it can no longer be moved).
2. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
3. Do not immerse the test rod in liquids other than swimming pool water and hot spring water.
4. Regularly check whether the battery is fully charged—the tester uses an "AA” 1.5V alkaline battery
Adjustment point: Before using it for the first time, please adjust the tester for the swimming pool water or hot spring water to be tested in the following order: 1. Use traditional liquid testing tools to test swimming pool water or hot spring water; 2. Record chlorine readings for backup (1.5PPM); 3. There is no need to adjust the PH. Find the adjustment point of the tester: A. Put an AA 1.5V battery (positive electrode facing up) in the battery compartment of the handle. B. Hold the tester in one hand and the test stick in the other. C. Insert the cleaned metal rod into the water to the black position. D. Gently stir the water with a metal rod. E. When the metal rod is kept in the water, adjust the knob on the front of the watch in the direction of CL until it can no longer be moved. Then slowly turn back to the right until the pointer points to the position of the result measured by the traditional liquid test tool (such as 1.5). F. Remove the test stick from the water and be careful not to move the knob. The pointer will slide to the right and stop at a letter between A and E.This letter is the adjustment point. Note: Before each chlorine test, the meter must be adjusted to the “adjustment point”.
Test pH value: The recommended chlorine content of swimming pool water or hot spring water is 7.2 to 7.8 A) Let the test stick stay in the water and adjust the knob in the direction of pH to make a beep sound (the battery must be removed when reading the pH value). B) Wait until the pointer stops swinging and take a pH reading. C) Gently dry the test stick, insert it into the slot next to the tester and store it.
Test the chlorine content: The recommended chlorine content of swimming pool water or hot spring water is 1.2 to 1.7ppm A) Adjust the pointer to the ”adjustment point" position. B) Holding the tester in one hand and the test rod in the other, insert the metal rod into the water to the black position.Wait until the pointer stops swinging and take a reading. C) Let the test stick stay in the water and continue to perform the pH test according to the instructions.
