How to use it?
Before handling menstrual cups, make sure your hands are thoroughly clean.
2. Disinfect the cup before the first insertion.
3. It is recommended to insert the cup into any of the following positions: sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing, try one of the positions, and then choose the most suitable position for you.
4. To facilitate insertion, if necessary, wet the cup with water or lubricate the gel.
5. Pinch the cup with your fingers and press it down.
6. Then use the fingers of the other hand to fold the cup vertically.
7. Hold the cup in the lowest possible position with the fingers of one hand.
8. Insert the cup diagonally into the vagina.
9. The correct position of the cup is lower than the sanitary tampon. After inserting into the vagina, release your fingers and allow the cup to fully unfold and adhere to the vaginal wall.
10. You can disinfect it in a sterilizer before and after use.
Notes:
No allergic reactions will cause mold and urinary tract infections, and it is suitable for all women. However, women without sexual experience are not recommended to use this product.
