Never buy anything large from Joom, you will incur significant customs costs. And if you want to return the goods, they will go to Poland. This means significant costs and the dealer does not complete the customs formalities in Poland. This means that in the end you pay for the goods and you never get the money back. So keep your hands off Joom. Joom's support only runs on artificial intelligence and suddenly stops giving answers. This company is unbelievable! The ball pit is fine, but I ordered too many by mistake because it kept saying the order had failed. The next morning I got a message saying it had worked and I suddenly had 3 baby ball pits instead of 1. I wanted to cancel the 2, but this is not possible with Joom. Cancellation is only possible within 3 or 4 hours of ordering. Despite explaining how this happened, Joom showed no understanding.! I
