The stainless steel body is vacuum insulated, keeping meals hot for hours. It holds 3 containers: 2 to keep hot dishes warm and 1 to keep the ambient temperature.

What is vacuum insulation?
Vacuum means that the air between the outer and inner layers of stainless steel has been removed to create a vacuum insulation. Blocks heat transfer through the air (conduction).

Rice/pasta/potatoes – 0.79L(for hot dishes)
Soup/Sauce - 0.28L(for hot dishes)
Food/Snacks/Cookies – 0.4L(for dishes at room temperature)
All 3 cups are tightly sealed in a stainless steel vacuum body. They are closed from above with a lid that is secured with latches.
