After I received the item and it didn't charge my battery, I measured it. result; 41 volts instead of 42V and 0.125A instead of 2A. But 42v and 2A are described. Also, when connecting, the LED lights up green, which means the battery is full, but it is empty. There is no measurement error, I am an electrician.
