Ingredients: milk protein concentrate 51%, reduced fat cocoa powder, instant whey protein concentrate 11% [whey protein concentrate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], chocolate powder without added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring], whole milk powder, thickeners (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), flavouring, salt, sweetener (sucralose).

How to use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 4 incomplete tablespoons) drink powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker or blender, then pour into a microwave safe mug and heat in the microwave for 60-70 seconds (750 W).
