Mix content of this packet with 0.7-1kg chicken wings. Sprinkle some water and leave to marinate for 0.5-2 hrs. Grill or add coating to fry.
Prepare chicken wings according to your desired level of spiciness.
Preparation: Marinate "Spicy Big Wings Marinade Mix" with chicken wings. Sprinkle small amount of water. Knead and combine thoroughly. Leave for 2 hours.
Directions
1. Baked Spicy Big Wings
Bake at 375*'F. or 190 C. for 20-30 minutes.
2. Fried Spicy Big Wings
Slightly coat with wheat flour or Tempura Batter Mix and fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until done.
3. Spicy Chicken Fillet BBQ Thread onto skewers and grill at high heat. Keep turning until done.
For tastier result, marinate overnight in refrigerator.
