Rainbow Neon Tutu Skirt Rave Party Dance Half Bustle Burlesque Sexy Clubwear

I'm a wheelchair driver, so I'll wear this the other way around, like an apron. Aprons are a great alternative to skirts, especially with many frills or beads \ other bling (which I plan to add later) that one really doesn't want to sit on for any length of time! Once I get the creases out, I'm sure it'll look great, with either leggins or opaque tights beneath... we'll be having much fun with this rainbow coloured addition to my wardrobe!

The colors are really very beautiful. I have to get the tulle a bit bushier because the layers are a bit too smooth for me (due to the delivery).
