Size 9 is too big wish to exchange for UK size 8 First time used Joom - Verdict - CRAP!!!! - For example wish to change shoe size. Instructions say - Go to My orders section. Select the order you wish to send back - Click on the Joom support team button to the right ~(THERE IS NO JOOM SUPPORT TEAM BUTTON TO THE RIGHT - Specify the reason you'd like to return the item for in the Describe the issue field (YOU CAN'T GET THAT FAR) - Our agent will provide the return address and instructions on how to proceed (YOU CANT GET THAT FAR).
