The item I got a couple of weeks ago has stopped working all together I put in new batteries for there is no response it was okay when I got it but for some reason stopped I am very disappointed because the reason I got this is from my back door and I was going to buy another one for my front door but I don't know what to do now because it's no point me buying another one if this happens again thank you

The camera does not meet the characteristics that it says in the description. I don't know the red lights turn on, the blue light turns on so little, it doesn't have a speaker, it doesn't have a built-in microphone, and it doesn't send notifications to my cell phone, it doesn't detect moving objects. I ask you to give me an explanation about these failures, or give me a refund of the money. I am dissatisfied with this product.

Overall I'm satisfied with the product. It's doing the job. My only complaint is about unclear notification about "low battery" after only a week with new batteries. And I've used good batteries, Duracell. Maybe it's a software issue or just bad unit.
