Electro-Harmonix vacuum tubes are a high-quality brand produced by New Sensor (NS) of the United States. Compared to other current tubes in the same price range, they are carefully crafted, and the logo print conveys a sense of high quality. The sound tends to have a pronounced midrange. In addition to Electro-Harmonix vacuum tubes, NS also produces SOVTEK, TUNG-SOL, and GOLD LION brands, which are manufactured at the Reflektor factory in Saratov, Russia. Electro-Harmonix vacuum tubes purchased here undergo extensive aging in an automated sorting machine in Japan, undergo high-precision characteristic testing, and are assigned a 13-digit serial number (the serial number is affixed to the box). After testing, they are matched and shipped. Errors between pairs measured by NS often vary by several tens of percent, even when tested under the same measurement conditions. However, this high-precision sorting process keeps pair error within 5% (within 10% for preamplifier tubes, depending on the measurement conditions). The warranty does not cover damage to other equipment, including valve tilt, incorrect valve height, missing logos, etc., other than the product's electrical characteristics.
